This single origin is a clean coffee, well balanced, and offers a honey like sweetness. Brought to you by the Abokamu cooperative in the Northern Province of Rwanda, which has 189 farmers, this Arabica Bourbon is grown between 1600m -2000m above sea level, in temperatures of between 17C – 22C.
The harvest season is from March to June and processing is via disc pulper and under water fermentation. The Abokamu cooperative enforces various environmental protection policies, and provides health care, training, and fertilisers for farmers who delivers to the Buliza station.
